Answering a discussion question might be easier if you could find the first words to get started!
That is what this method does. It gives participants a list of beginning words and thoughts to choose from and then permission to build further personal responses. You may discover participants naturally saying more, sharing thoughts and stories and even personal feelings. Even if the answer is short, facilitators will be able to ask prompting questions to help expand the answers.
