We believe that we maybe the best in the world at passing on relational skills not only to youth but every age. We hold the unique ability to share these skills not only with every church but also to many other corners of society.

MY HEART has always been to equip and empower young relational leaders. This began with Young Life as I developed a volunteer staff of high school youth to lead a Jr. High club. I would continue similar models in the churches I worked empowering youth to lead other youth. Meeting and being trained by Barbara Varenhorst along with the mentoring and empowering leadership of Irene Strommen I fell in love with the relational skills methods of Peer Ministry.
