Don Marsh is know to many in youth ministry world as “The Don,” a veteran of over 35 years of congregational youth ministry! He began as a youth ministry and retired as a youth minister. Don has a deep passion for equipping and empowering young people with “into the world” life skills for leadership. He is a Peer Ministry Leadership facilitator, a coach and leader for PLAN-IT’s.
Chad Senuta serves as the Associate for Youth and Campus Ministry for the Episcopal Diocese of Chicago. He is passionate about equipping leaders and churches to engage in effective ministry with youth and young adults. He lives in Northfield, IL with his wife Lisa and two daughters. A wonderful facilitator for both Peer Ministry Leadership and PLAN-IT workshops.
Aaron David Werner has been a peer ministry leader since high school. As a founding member of the Bridge Builders anti-racism leadership camp, a hospital chaplain, missionary, spiritual director and pastor, he brings his experience to training crisis, cross-cultural, and inter-religious peer ministry. Aaron has a passion for facilitating the soul work needed for loving everyone in a diverse world and reaching out to people on the margins. Aaron is a lively and enjoyable facilitator, helping learners honor themselves as they learn to honor and welcome others.
